Refund policy
We always make sure that our customers shop with confidence and peace of mind by refunding the value of their purchases or exchanging them for one of our products, considering the following terms and conditions for exchange and return:
- Request a return or exchange for the value of products purchased through the online store within a maximum of 7 days from the date the customer receives the product.
- Purchases to be exchanged or refunded must be in good condition, unopened or unused, in their original packaging and in the same original condition upon receipt.
- The product codes or serial numbers on the package must be intact and the package must not be damaged.
- It is required that the gifts that the customer received with the product upon purchase be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition when wishing to exchange or return.
- In the event of a return, and after receiving and inspecting the returned product, the returned products value will be refunded to the same card used in purchase.
- Special blends (which are prepared according to the customer’s request) and used products cannot be exchanged or returned. Purchases of blends, oil perfumes, incense sticks, and products that are not sealed or wrapped in a secure packaging or closure cannot be exchanged or returned in order to maintain public health and safety.
- The customer shall bear all shipping costs incurred for replacement and return, and these will be determined and the customer will be notified of them after receiving the replacement or return request.
- Delivery fees, gift wrapping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Steps to make a replacement:
- The replacement or return request is submitted via email to: csonline@abdulsamadalqurashi.com
- The order or invoice number is added with the information about the product or products that you wish to return.
- The customer will be contacted within 2 business days of receiving the email to arrange the exchange or return process.
In the event of receiving a damaged or defective product, the product must be clearly photographed immediately upon receipt, showing the packaging and damage, and kept for being returned to the store.
After contacting customer service and providing them with the photos and data to provide the customer with return instructions. If the damaged product is disposed of, the return process will not be accepted. After receiving and examining the returned product, a replacement product will be sent to the customer without the customer incurring any shipping fees.
